About Our Products
Yes, all products available at CRYSTAL LADY are 100% authentic and it is manufactured in our laboratory.
We offer a wide range of products designed to suit various skin types (oily, dry, combination, sensitive, normal). We always recommend carefully reading the product description and ingredients list, and performing a patch test on a small area of skin before using any new product, especially if you have sensitive skin or a history of allergies to certain ingredients.
Product formulations vary. Some of our products are free from certain ingredients (such as parabens, sulfates, artificial fragrances), while others may contain them. Please check the individual product description and ingredients list for accurate information.
All products are shipped with clear expiry dates that are long enough for reasonable use. We guarantee that you will receive freshly manufactured and unexpired products. You can usually find the expiration date or the “PAO” (Period After Opening) symbol, which indicates how long the product can be used after opening, on the product packaging.

We will do our best to assist you, but modifications or cancellations cannot be guaranteed if the order has already been shipped.
We currently ship and deliver within the governorates of the Syrian Arab Republic.
- Delivery in Lattakia city usually takes within 2 business days.
- Ship to the other of the cities via the available shipping companies (ex: Kadmous Transport).

- We offer free delivery for orders over 15 USD within Latakia city or shipping to Kadmous centers in other cities.
- For orders less than the above-mentioned amount, the shipping cost is 1.5 USD.
- The final shipping cost will be displayed on the checkout page before you confirm your order.
About Returns and Exchanges
You can return or exchange products within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided they are in their original condition, unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging.
