At CRYSTAL LADY, we strive to provide our customers with a convenient and fast shopping experience. This page details our shipping times, costs, and the areas we deliver to.
We currently deliver in Latakia city and Ship to the other of the cities via the available shipping companies (ex: Kadmous Transport)
- All orders received during business days (Sunday - Thursday) are processed within 24 48 hours of payment confirmation, or directly after contacting us.
- Orders placed on weekends (Friday and Saturday) or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order is processed, it will be shipped and delivered to you according to the timeframe specified below:
- Standard Delivery in Latakia city: Within 2 business days
- Express Delivery in Latakia city: At the same day (This service is available at an additional cost).
- Other Cities: It depends on the shipping companies (ex: Kadmous Transport).
Important Notes:
- Business days do not include weekends and public holidays.
- Delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., bad weather conditions, customs delays, seasonal peaks, or public holidays). We will do our best to inform you of any potential delays.
- You will be provided with a tracking number for your order via email once it has shipped, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment.
- The cost will be 1.5 USD for orders less than 15 USD.
- Free delivery in Latakia city or shipping to Kadmous centers in other cities for orders exceeding 150,000 SYP.
Note: The final shipping cost for your order will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before you confirm your order.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the specified address.
- The delivery company or agent may contact you before arrival to coordinate the delivery.
- In case of inability to deliver the order (e.g., no one at the address, or incorrect contact information), delivery may be rescheduled, and additional fees for reshipment may apply.
After your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.
You can use this number to monitor your order's status at any time.
